My Student Led Conference

Today I did my student led conference. I was nervous because I didn't know what I was going to say.  It was awesome and mum and dad thought it was brilliant.  I showed them my blog and my story box.  My favourite part was showing them my folder.

Working on my writing

I have been trying to finish my goal but I need to keep working on it. In this story I added two details. In my next story I want to add more. I could add details about how I made my gold mine, what I had for dinner, who Mason and Isla are and I how I felt about my holiday and what I was doing. 

Mrs o and I read through my story and we saw that I was putting in lots of onomatopoeias and that I started my story with a onomatopoeia. 

My Te Ara Tika Goal

Reading in the Library

We were reading in the library. The book was called "The Three Bears Sort Of". Te Aroha read all the questions. Luca and Logan were reading the other parts. Next time we are going to swap parts. It was awesome reading together and we loved the book.
